RecommendedBroke a crown off, went by the next day, had to wait an hour to see a dentist. They were able to see me the next day to pull the remaining tooth. The dentist and his assistant were great. But pulling the tooth hurt like hell almost 2.5 hours. I don’t think it was the dentist fault however. The only real gripe I had was with the billing people and on my first visit to have the tooth looked at. The lady that tool x-rays was not very nice
I went to Aspen for my checkup and Xrays that my insurance covers. I also had a tooth that I knew was probably going to need to come out. I knew I had some serious dental issues going on. I was literally crying in the office. This staff is hands down the best! Everyone was there for me. I felt like family. They thoroughly went over everything with me. Admittedly, given the fact that I have not been in a dentist's office for around 15 years, I quickly became overwhelmed with what was going on. However, I never felt rushed. In fact, the techs and the dentist did a great job making sure that I understood - at least generally - what was going on and the pricing, etc. Maybe it's my age, but-while everyone was wonderfully courteous and seemed to know what they were talking about - I couldn't help but feel as though most of those I saw that day had a fresh-out-of-dental-school v... read more

I had posted a poor review about this facility 2 days ago. The issue was not with the staff, which were great and professional, but the billing practices. I have since had been contacted by a staff member about this issue and they took care of it to my satisfaction. I'm very impressed with the speedy response. I'm now completely satisfied and if they allow me, after my first post, to return, I gladly will. Thank you!

I want to say, this place is amazing! Staff is great! Dr.s are WONDERFUL! I would recommend this location at Grand Strand Myrtle Beach Mall to anyone!

Enjoyed our visit. Everyone was friendly & professional.
I absolutely loved it!!! They were so nice and helpful. They treated me as if I’d been going there for years. It was my first time and I was not only in pain but super nervous. The nurses made that go away. They were really nice. The Dr was awesome. And good looking to. �� not that that matters. Just saying. But they helped me come up with a game plan to get my teeth healthy and to have a few extractions. I would absolutely recommend this place!!!!
