Aspen has been great! I have gone there for previous dental services. I called them to see when their oral surgeon was coming to the facility, since I need my wisdom teeth out immediately due to intense pain and swelling. The surgeon was there that day and the following. They were able to work me in the following day (same day if I didn’t want iv sedation since I had already eaten). I had my new patient appt at the Grand Strand Mall location and it was truly a wonderful experience. Every member of the staff was so upbeat and delivered great customer service. I had the full set of xrays and then taken to the treatment room. There was a very professional assistant with me at all times. I was very pleased with my Dr and he discussed my xrays and what little work I needed. I return for a quad of deep scale cleaning and will be on a 3 month recall. I have a long road ahead but hopefully the worst is behind me. Not sure yet about Aspen. I REALLY hope for that “service after the sale.” My mouth is a very sensitive area for me.

I found all the personnel friendly and helpful to my needs. They kept me updated on what they were performing and had a great communication with all the other personnel. I didn't need to constantly repeat myself. I had the most extensive set of xrays. At my age, its good to know where I stand for dentures. I won't need them if I just have a little maintenance done now Its been laid out. There is a plan. Thanks Aspen Dental

I was accepted into this office within 1 day. I was having a tooth ache, needed to be seen asap. I went in & was greeted by a very happy person, who took me back for x-ray, the Dr. came in &said I needed to see a oral surgeon& he recommended one in Conway, l called & went in the next morning. Tooth pulled, 1 a rich, I didn't feel a thing. When I get beak to Myrtle Beach, I am going back to Aspen Dental to complete my teeth being taken care of.
