Had a good visit. Was able to make same day appointment for a cleaning.
The staff was very polite and very informative. They were able to give me all the information that I required and even some that I was no aware of! I'm so happy I chose Aspen Dental.
Dr. Patel was awesome I had a tooth pulled yesterday and have no pain from it today
Compassionate professional services
The experience was great. The office had a welcoming envoirment. I was greeted immediately. My paperwork was processed in a timely manner and I was called promptly to the back to start the x-ray process. After the x-rays I was escorted to the exam chair, where Dr. Patel (within 5 minutes) examined me and discussed my treatment plan. The total initial consultation was less than 1 hour.
Checkup was thorough and team was helpful. Although I would have preferred to see them change the trays that hold the tools at each station. It really did not feel sanitary.
