Excelent customer service and no waiting time .
My experience at the dental office was amazing! The hygienist Mayleen took time from her busy schedule to see me, she explained with detailed what I needed and why. The dentist was very nice and kind.
Very nice, especially for someone who doesn't have insurance.
The Xray tech that took me back didn't interact with me at all. Not personable. The Dentist was good and nice. So was the Hygienist. The check out lady was friendly and I will be getting my work done there.
The woman who did my cleaning was pretty good. I was expecting to get Oscar who has been excellent in explaining everything down to the T, and I was very comfortable with him, but got someone who i have never met before. The cleaning went well and then I was left in my chair for about 15-20 minutes in the middle of it so she could deal with another customer which I thought was very odd and unprofessional. I really enjoyed my first visit to Aspen. The staff was very attentative, there were short wait times, and the hygenist and dentist were very knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered in ways that I could understand clearly. They led my decision through recommendations without pressure.
My Saturday appointment went really well. Not too much of a wait and friendly staff. Loved Dr. Nguyen, the dental assistant (Carolyn) and Margie who went over my treatment. I would definitely recommend this location to others.
We were extremely impressed in a most positive way. We will contact you soon to schedule the work to be done.
