I arrived with a cracked tooth and just a little bit of tooth pain. Was told about bone loss seeing an infection in my teeth. Also told about removal of 2 lower teeth and wearing of an appliance on my lower teeth. Also told about this peridontial cleaning that my insurance does not cover.. Was told that "the system" is set up to not schedule an appointment unless a portion of the needed services "out of pocket" that insurance does not cover is paid for up-front. Beware of over charging. Went for annual exam and cleaning. Aspen charged $1,268.00, yes that amount is correct as ridiculous as it may sound. Charged for a periodontal cleaning while received a standard cleaning. Have had perio cleaning before and know the difference. Other reviews online also noted this over charge issue with Aspen.

Can’t afford their quoted price!! Way more than I expected!! Told me I needed $11,000 worth of work. I had just had over $6000 Work in past 8 months with another dentist. They really were trying to up sell me in my opinion !

we have been here a few times now and the care that we have been show is VERY SLOW the schedule appointments and call you at the last min to reschedule. they have been putting my husband on the BACK bunner for 3mon. we have paid fully. for his bottom teeth and they Still don't fit right. they say the will call you and the they say they have the wrong # . Very unhappy at this point.

The Sanford location has terrible patient care and customer service. They only care about upselling and not about the patients. The office manager is rude and has zero customer service. The dentist is rude and has poor bedside manner. They should be ashamed of theirselves. The nurses are very friendly despite the horrific supervision, to them I hope they all find better employment in their futures!

I am working away from home and started having a toothache on Wednesday night. Friday morning looked up dentists and decided to try Aspen because they have locations all over the southeast where I work.
