I have never been to a more professional and caring dentist in my life! From start to finish everyone treats you kindly and respectfully. Also, their work is the epitome of what dentistry should be! Textbook perfect! I started going here during my last pregnancy when I had a tooth break. They assessed everything for me and we scheduled an appointment to fix it promptly after I had the baby, per my request. X-rays were great, very thorough. The rest of the visit was useless. They didn't want to fix my tooth that is causing me problems. They wanted to fix a different tooth first and do gum treatments. I'm not saying this stuff is not needed but I needed the problem tooth fixed first. They don't tell me any of this until I speak to a lady about paying for treatments and things. It was going to be a little over 8,000 dollars and my hurting tooth was going to be fixed last! No thank you.
I paid almost $5,000 for full dentures after my insurance paid. I'm 5 to 6 years out at this point. From the very beginning? No matter what I said, no matter what they did? My mouth even at this point is full of blisters! ANYTHING I eat is soft. Pasta, potatoes, soup! I have went from 185 to 135 pounds because I basically can not eat anything I have to actually bite in to! Got the run around from the very beginning! Very disappointed all they did was lie to me and other customers, they Initially told me that my tooth extraction would only be $150.00. Then after they got me in there and try to upsell me on doing a whole bunch of unnecessary procedures, And after I said no I just need the tooth extracted. Then when talking to the receptionist she informed me ( not the dentist) it was now going to cost me $267.00 and when I ask why she said it was going to be a surgical EXSTRACTION now.
