This comes from a 58 year old woman that had a really bad experience about 40 years ago. I would break down calling to make an appointment for SOMEONE ELSE!!!! Needless to say my dental regimen was not the best. I have worn a full denture on top and a partial on bottom for 20+ years. That was the last time I was at a dentist. A big 5 ! - I came in and 1 - the lady who assisted me, also works the insurance claims etc. - She was great and assured my no-cost visit for x-rays and consultation. 2 - Samantha, an assitant took my series of x-rays - she was great ! 3- The hygienist Annette, came in and evaluated my current gum and teeth status.
