Debbie was a pleasure to work with.
Everyone in the office is extremely nice and polite. I had a very bad toothache for a few days but at the time I didn't have my own dentist or any dental insurance. I walked into Aspen dental and within 30 mins they called me back for x-rays and a free exam. Once Dr. David Smith identified what was causing my pain, he was able to extract the tooth right then and there. I was experiencing a really bad toothache and I don't have a local dentist or insurance, so I just walked into Aspen Dental and they had me seated and examined within 30-45 minutes which isn't bad at all for a walk in. Since I was uninsured they gave me free x-rays and exam, and after they determined which tooth had to be extracted, they extracted it right away to help alleviate the pain. Best Dentist you could ask for, I've had bad luck with dentist my whole life but I could not be happier with the welcome and treatment I have received from Aspen in Abington,Md. I have always been frightened of dentist , but thanks to Iecha, Sandy, Mellisa, Brandi, Makyla, Morgan and Michelle for their kindness and assurance I was able to get past my fears. Just moved to the area, needed dentist for tooth ache. Called 2 in area, no new patients. Called Aspen Dental, got in that afternoon. I have to say, very nice and respectful staff. From the receptionist to my dentist. Everything was clean and neat. It seemed almost sterile. My appointment for procedure was next morning. Very pleased with the PAINLESS deep cleaning, Thank you Oscar. I have a new dentist family in my new town. Check them out, I am so glad I did. Oh yes, no insurance was no problem.
The entire staff is professional and down-to-earth. They made me feel like I was among old friends. As soon as I entered the office, I felt a spirit of peace and calm.
