From the moment I walked into the Sun City Center Aspen Dental office, this was an excellent experience! Everyone I dealt with this morning was very pleasant and efficient - the receptionist, the xray tech (Naoko), the hygienist (Shari), and Josie (office person). Seldom have I seen such pleasant and competent professionalism in any business. Of course I'm going back in six months, and I strongly urge management to make sure these same employees are still there in November!
They have later hours so you don't have to miss work. The staff is exceptional, and the dental technicians and dentists are gentle and take pride in their work (as do the office staff). No one grosses about other patients or co-workers. They are kind and treat you like they would like to be treated. You usually always get the same technician for your cleanings unless someone is on vacation, so there is consistency. I recommend Aspen Dental to everyone, when they ask.

My heart is filled with gratitude to the wonderful team at Aspen Dental in Glen Carbon, IL. I hadn't gone to a dentist in many years, and the longer I put off going, the more my shame and apprehension grew. A painful tooth abscess and an encouraging referral from Bridget (lab tech) brought me to Aspen, where I was promptly given an appointment. This was the best experience ever! The staff was very polite. No surprises, everyone was very knowledgeable with what was scheduled. I had all my top teeth pulled and a denture put in the same day. Pain free and everything went better than I expected. Just an unbelievable experience and I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much to the MOST trusted staff.
Stephanie and Bethany, as always were there to help! I have had extensive work done, and joked that I felt like I lived there - nice to have such good "roommates"! I work a crazy job, with crazy schedules (never the same schedule, never the same days) they are always ready to help me fit my appointments in around work. Keep up the good work ladies!
