Administrative staff is friendly; however, they spent more time gathering to talk with each other than any of them did with customers. It is a slow process with many steps and without clear information to guide you through their labrinth.

The staff was friendly and the environment was nice. The staff seemed highly skilled in their area of expertise. Also I thought the new customer check pricing was going to get me on a bunch of upsells but only needed a cleaning and they were honest.
