stay away, far away. paid them thousands for top denture. they said at first they would shave the back side where it makes me gag. but time of surgery, she refused to trim them. she stuck em in my mouth and walked out. I gagged bad and had to take them out. fuck aspen. they lie to you to get your money. I tossed my dentures in the garbage. fuck em. I won't go back to aspen ever.
I went to aspen for a chip on a tooth. They rushed me through X-rays and my consultation. After being there only an hour they stated to find multiple cavities and that I needed a $1300 crown for a tooth. The other work they had “found needing done” was going to cost me $495. I was going to have to finance because I was too poor to afford everything. I was frustrated that I went in for 1 thing and they apparently found 5 things that needed fixing. My husband got a couple of extractions today and the doctor (not mentioning names) was suppose to call in a prescription and never did. By the time we got back to aspen dental they had already closed. I called the emergency after hours number and have been waiting over 2 hours for them to get ahold of a doctor and no response. This isn’t a great way to treat your clients or isn’t a very professional way of doing things! Definitely will not recommend anyone to aspen dental.
Way too high in price! They looked at my teeth and said I need all 4 wisdom teeth pulled plus 4 other teeth pulled plus deep cleaning. They said $6k after insurance paid their part. if I want to keep the 4 teeth have root canals and crowns over 11k. Went to another place in Calhoun and they said to pull the same 4 teeth plus all 5 wisdom teeth (that's right they missed my extra wisdom tooth like everyone else my whole life did but this dentist saw it on aspens xray) less then 1k. and a deep cleaning is not 4k. Looks like Aspen is just money hungry and don’t care about patients. Mom came in to get tooth extracted, and this place wanted to do surgery. All she wanted was tooth pulled, she never mentioned surgery. So thanks for no help once again. Mom is not a millionaire. Seems like doctors and dentists here are a waste. Thanks now she still has problems eating because of Aspen not wanting to do what mom wanted done. What a waste of time the appointment was.
I'm writing this review as I sit in the waiting area! Staff seems to be nice and very friendly, nice clean area BUT, the front desk receptionist is VERY RUDE! Never have I ever had so many snide looks because my child was a little cranky! Let me mind you he is ONLY 11 months old!!! She is very unfriendly and i felt very uncomfortable I will not be back to that location!!!
Wouldn’t trust to take a billy goat here, they told me I needed a deep scale cleaning and that I had 5/6mm pockets in my gums and they wanted to do a gym flap surgery on me. This all was gonna cost over $2,000. Went and got a second opinion and man am I glad I did. My teeth were in perfect shape and just needed a routine cleaning which the cost was $0! I knew my teeth weren’t bad as I have always taken care of them and had regular visits in the past. This place is nothing but a big money racquet!
