Exactly what is desired when needing dental care. Everyone there was kind and considerate and efficient at their jobs. The Dr. explained everything very well. Nothing even slightly negative to say about anything. I would go back, if needed or refer a family member.

I was in Denver and needed a dentist urgently and Dr. Laura and her team were heaven-sent and came right to my rescue. Amazing service and they showed genuine concern for my issue and I left feeling 100%. If I lived in Denver, this would definitely be my go-to dentist! I would highly recommend this practice!

We were traveling from Omaha to Denver. Halfway there we stopped for lunch and my husband's temporary crown broke. We searched for urgent dental care near our hotel and found Aspen. They were able to get us in an hour after we arrived at the hotel. We had no wait at the clinic - he was taken in pretty much right away. The dentist was able to put a new temporary crown on within 30 minutes. And the best part?? It only cost $41 with insurance. People were friendly and clinic was pleasant. Great experience!

I thought that the staff was friendly and professional, and the office was clean & modern. Dr. Chancellor was wonderful at explaining my treatment options, and I will most definitely be going back. Would recommend to anyone in the Westminster/Denver area looking for a new dentist.

Made an appointment for a check up and cleaning. After a Hour and a half I was leaving with an estimate for $5000.00 to clean my teeth! The worst experience I've ever had. Now I have to find a new dentist. And they already used up my X-rays and one check up for the year! If you're reading this run as fast as you can from this place!!!!

I scheduled an appointment as new patient. A lady called me to verify my insurance. After confirming that I am in network, she said they will have to do an xray and a "check" before they can do a cleaning. And said I may not be able to have my cleaning in one day. I was surprised because all I need is a routine cleaning. She said to an effect that I may need filling. I said for now I just need cleaning. But she insist that I may need something else. I cancelled my appointment.

From there, the team is able to make recommendations and discuss options that meet one’s individual needs. Recently I had a toothache over the holiday. My regular dentist could not get me in right away so I had to seek for a dentist that could take a look at my tooth. After the x rays and examination I was told I needed to have my tooth extracted. It was one of my bottom molar tooth and I told her(dentist) that If there was anyway I could save this tooth or have an endodontist take a look because so had an infection by the nerves. They treated me like a number, not a patient. I was told upon my appointment that the hygienist had left early for the day, and I'd need to make a separate appointment for my cleaning (even though I specified over the phone that I needed a cleaning). Then they tried to sell me a treatment plan for over $3,000.00. I told them I didn't have that much money, and they had the audacity to offer me a payment plan with an interest rate of 37%... Awful. Just awful.

They seemed ok and nice enough staff. I like the girl at the front office but her voice is so tender it was difficult to hear. Got an ill-fitting bridge ​, was unable to follow up with that and future projects. Received a call the day before my appointment follow-up to let me know that some primary person there was pregnant had gone into labor, and that it wasn't an emergency they would get back to me when she returned.
