They seemed ok and nice enough staff. I like the girl at the front office but her voice is so tender it was difficult to hear. Got an ill-fitting bridge ​, was unable to follow up with that and future projects. Received a call the day before my appointment follow-up to let me know that some primary person there was pregnant had gone into labor, and that it wasn't an emergency they would get back to me when she returned. I had new dentures made, and they were not up to the standard of my previous dentures. The also did not fit,and I could never get an appointment for them to adjust the dentures. I had to go to another dentist to get my dentures adjusted . Aspen Dental was supposed to pre-approve the dental work with my insurance company, and they did not, and did not tell me. I went in because my own dentist had retired and Aspen was close. BIG MISTAKE. All I needed was my implant crown to be screwed back on. They decided I needed expensive gum disease treatment ($600) and then charged $270/cavity for 2 cavities, after claiming they would be $36 with my insurance. They are very chatty, but you have to sign legalities every step of the way, because they charge incredible fees. I dropped a thousand in 2 weeks and the cavities are still sensitive after a week.

The folks at Aspen were very friendly, but my experience has honestly been a nightmare. On a Thursday I went in to have work done for a crown, and they had issues correctly setting the temp. The first temp broke and they tried to file down the second temp, but the back of the second temp broke as well. At this point it was late in the day and the dental assistant asked if it was ok for me to leave with the broken temp, and the dentist said yes without looking at it. This place is the absolute worst. They run late for a 7:30 appointment every time. They are very unprofessional. They try to bill you more after you pay in full for services. They tell you you need more work than is actually necessary. I got motto from them and I regret it because they are the worst. Do not recommend be prepared to wait 30 minutes for an appointment. Do not use them.
