If you want to be up sold constantly, be told every horrible thing a dentist has ever done, have the hygienist condemn suicide even though you didn’t bring it up, the be told you have anxiety because you are so uncomfortable, and be charged in advance for the full year even though you have insurance, then find out they billed you for items you weren’t even told about as part of a “treatment plan” when you just wanted a regular cleaning. Everything started out great. Everyone on staff was very friendly and courteous. I even commended the hygienist on how gentle handed she was in comparison to every other practice I ever been to. After the time with her and her expertly breaking down what should be done outside of the procedure I came for is where I had a problem. I came for a extraction and dentures only but when all was said done the finance lady came with the off the wall quote of over 7 grand to pay up front.
