I was able to go to the Wilson, NC Aspen Dental office and spoke with the woman at the front desk. I explained to her what has been happening and she was able to look into her computer and see the notes that had been made regarding my prior phone calls. She spoke with the Manager of that office and he was able to clear the account out to a zero balance. They admitted it was their error and that we should not have gone to collections. It was all part of the mess from when Aspen Dental's corporate computer system was hacke... read more

I had 7 teeth pulled and got full upper dentures. no issues. staff has been very helpful and happy to answer any questions I've had. They explained everything to me , and have been very caring. My temporary dentures look great.. have gotten so many compliments on how natural they look. It's a process getting used to them, but am getting there. Definitely recommend this office!

My first Appointment went very well . I arrived a little early and did not have to wait when my appointment time came. They were all very nice at the Wilson NC office ! I am waiting now to get a call back so I can start my Plan .

Dr. Baldwin and her support staff at Aspen Dental in Wilson, NC are absolutely wonderful!!! They are all very caring and compassionate while talking to you and explain everything that you will need to have done per your care plan to fix your dental issues. They even sit down and talk with you about financing options. I had big dental issues due to long term Bisphosphonates (over 20 years and still on Reclast infusions) usage for Osteoporosis and they have been so wonderful getting my teeth cleaned and taking care of my other... read more

My husband was seen for an initial new patient visit in December of 2022 - They advertised no charge for x-rays on first visit. He had his first visit, then it was decided he needed to return for an extraction. The day he went back for the extraction, I paid them $315 using my credit card. In 2023 we received a letter from a Aspen stating we owed them $150 for x-rays. I called Aspen billing and was told that due to the cyber attack that hit them in April opf 2023 the new system was erroneously sending bills to customers ... read more

Never in my life have I been compelled to write a review about a dentist office, but here we go... Always arrived 10-15 minutes before my appointment and never got past the main door before 20+ minutes after scheduled time. From there expect 20-30 minutes minimum in the chair before you get to see someone; pray you don't get numbed for any procedures because you will be stuck waiting another 20+ minutes. Prepare yourself for needing to get numbed twice too, because they will not be back in time before it starts wearing off... read more

Don't waste ur time and money. They r slow in sending insurance charges, give u a run around and put in hidden fees that don't show on your mailing invoice. Not a professional business and I will let friends know not to bother going there. I have should have listen to friends and go with the reviews that people posted about them.. They don't even deserve a positive rating, my rating will be -10. Sorry company.

I relied on Aspen Dental in Wilson for the purchase and services related to full dentures. it has been a nightmare of horrific customer service and qual of product. The customer care issues relate to a complete lack of communication with regard to appointments with specific staff (explaining the issue, have an appointment made, then find out that person is not there after I've driven 40+ miles to get there), not canceling appointments when there are shipping in staffing to accommodate my appointments, not having qualified ... read more
