Just another corporate dental office they don't care if you're in pain just tell you to take ibuprofen and Tylenol when enough becomes enough. You need relief and they should give it to you. I will never recommend Aspen dental

Another corporate joke I didn't perform the word they set out to do. Then misbill me. And it has been a go-round since.

I initially had a great experience. However- I am now on my THIRD call to the billing office because they keep billing under a Dentist that I did not see that is out of network. The DENTIST that I saw is in NETWORK hence I keep getting inaccurate billings. If this is not resolved I will contact an attorney for legal assistance. I absolutely can afford to pay this bill but should not have to since they clearly seem to not know how to bill properly!!!

Corporate dentals offices are all the same... all about the money and zero care for patients!!! Their customer service skills are the absolute worst!!!! Who works for these people????? I'll take my business to Boles and Hamm where their customer service is top notch!!! Go away corporate dentistry!!!! Nobody cares!!!!

The office itself is absolutely wonderful, but calling at any time for any reason is a nightmare. No one ever answers the phone! Leaving a message is pointless as they never return calls. It has been this way since January when is started dealing with them. You may as well drive there if you have any questions. They do t know what that noise is when the phone rings apparently its an ALL day problem and ALL week problem!

Aspen Dental is in your corner if you have Commercial and BCBS insurance . It is my opinion that Aspen Dental is unethically/illegally dumping patients with Medicare /Medicaid and Medicare Advantage ( scheduling them and later canceling them on the day of their appointments ). I call it " shuffling insurance " Medicare / Medicaid / Medicare Advantage payors will pay them a lower fee on certain procedures. I've tried, yet again to make an appointment to have my dental work for dentures set up. I was told by the office staff they had "no idea" when that needed dentist will be in since she's covering for other offices - this is customer service!!!! If someone could possibly advise me what to do. I am so frustrated......13 months.

This place is a guaranteed bet that you will waste your precious time. With a cracked tooth they wasted well over an hour of my time! They told me they would not have time to pull a completely broken tooth. This all was on a Friday and they assured me they would call me Monday morning with a new appointment to get my tooth pulled. Long story short I never got a call back and it's now Tuesday, and I sit in another office, from another doctor waiting to get my tooth pulled.
