Do NOT use Aspen Dental. I went to the Middleburg office for a consultation for a redo root canal. I wanted to send my records from my dentist over. They insisted on doing their own X-rays and told me it was free. The receptionist told me that the first appointment is free. Their commercial says the same thing. I went to the appointment and scheduled the redo root canal. They insisted I pay $947.86 up front. That my insurance would pay the rest. I did. The staff and technicians are very pleasant but when it comes to quality of the dentures they produce do not go there or any other Aspen dental. Because they are a corporation it will be the same quality at all locations.

I broke an incisor almost two years ago and was able to get an appointment fairly quickly, however due to complications with the bone adhering to the hardware multiple visits were required. During one of my visits, I was scheduled for an examination to check the progress, my doctor was not available, I was x-rayed three different times and was seen by a doctor and a dental hygienist that I had never seen before. I had a care credit plan to get my wisdom teeth and one molar removed, I was NEVER spoken to about getting a bone graft placed for the molar but they had charged me for it anyways. If you're looking to be swindled out of your $ than this is the perfect place for you. Unprofessional and will say anything to get you to sign the contract they are only in it for the $$$$$.
