RecommendedI highly recommend Aspen Dental, Dr. Patel is amazing! I had 2 wisdom teeth and another upper tooth pulled and was petrified! First Heather at the front desk was so patient as I ran through my schedule and changed the date 5 times or more of when I wanted to schedule the extractions. The day of I was so nervous and Dr Patel assured me I would be fine, he pulled all 3 without sedation, only the numbing shot. He had them out in 10 min or less and I was worried the next day I would be in terrible pain, like the last tooth I had... read more

RecommendedMoved to Jacksonville in January and have had a difficult time scheduling appointments for general cleaning at 2 other dental offices. Contacted Aspen and was able to get an appointment within a few days. The staff are amazing. ☺️☺️☺️
When a patient asks for something accomodate the patient not yourselves I asked for all my teeth pulled and full dentures not partials I dont want any teeth and you cant do that so im not coming back
So, my boyfriend had a tooth ache a very bad one to the point of moaning while in the waiting room he had no insurance. I told them that we wanted a limited exam which is one X-ray and exam they sent out their manager to explain that they will have to charge us for that exam and xray because they only have a special on the full exam and xray which is way more xrays meaning more time. My wife went there for a cleaning with the hygienist. They told her in the treatment plan that they would numb her up half and only do half her mouth in one appointment and have her come back for the other half. Well, these cruel people. Numbed he entire mouth in one appointment. Who does that? Corporate run dental offices do thats who! Having a dental background, these people are not someone i would ever take my family back to for treatment. Stay clear of these people!
