I had a care credit plan to get my wisdom teeth and one molar removed, I was NEVER spoken to about getting a bone graft placed for the molar but they had charged me for it anyways. When the time came to get my teeth pulled they started asking me questions about the bone graft and I was confused telling them no I was never asked about it and I do not want it done. If you're looking to be swindled out of your $ than this is the perfect place for you. Unprofessional and will say anything to get you to sign the contract they are only in it for the $$$$$. They really take advantage of people who believe the company is doing honest business. Don't believe a word about what your insurance may pay. I was a little worried about a "Dental Franchise" ... they are clearly trained money hungry greedy cons. Everything is an upsale or treatment plan costing thousands of dollars even when you have no issues or problems/pain. You will go in with for a routine cleaning and come out with a $7000 treatment plan. They want to re-do any prevous work/fillings you have. It's run like a used car lot. I would highly recomend sticking with an honest local independent owned business.

I love Aspen Dental. Just not this location at all. I wouldn't even recommend this office for a regular cleaning.

Unprofessional, unorganized. HIPPA Violations from employees, Tried numerous times to go in for simple procedure and they always had excuses as to why I could not get work done. Money is all they care about and their prices and procedures are high and shady. They took money upfront from me for work they had not even done. I made an appointment to have my tooth taken care of because I was in pain. When I came home my Husband was so upset. I ended up not getting my tooth fixed. Have to wait 31/2 weeks until I get it fixed but they got over 2,000 dollars of my money. And that is only for a crown and a deep cleaning. After my Husband explained it to me that way I was devastated. And Now it hurts every time I eat anything. Now I feel like a chump. He's says I got robbed. I think he's right.

I would not recommend this place to no one They charged me over $1000 for an adjustment and I still don't have my lower plate and they haven't even tried to contact me about anything. The Dr tried to say I said something that never came out of my mouth and from there everything went downhill. I even had a witness to the conversation I'd really like to get my bottom plate I have the healing plate

I went here to get 2 teeth pulled that were hurting me but I was told I had to get a cleaning and do all this other stuff before I could get the teeth pulled. I was told to wait till august 31st to get them pulled, at the time of me being seen that was 2 months away! I couldn't wait that long. So now I'm sitting on a $1000 bill there just for a cleaning and 2 filling. I went for broken teeth that were causing e pain. They gave me an $18,000 treatment plan which was fine because there was a lot of work to be done if I had all of it. I put $2,000 down. But then they schedule a $1,500 cleaning with a follow-up cleaning /check in October. NONE OFTHE TEETH THAT HURT ARE TAKEN CARE OF!?!?!?! I am told the oral surgeon won't be available until August 31st! THEY DID NOT TELL ME THAT JULY 7th when I first went for the pain and broken teeth.
