The staff was exceptional. The attending professionals made sure my partials had a precise fit. That was first visit. Next visit I left with a secured fit and a great smile

This was my first and last time. There are a few things I really want to share with you. First, they didn't explain in detail why I had to pay them $50. I thought it was something I had to pay out of pocket because my insurance didn't cover it. Then, I learned that the $50 they paid, without me being told, was for a product they applied to my teeth. First of all, the staff is really slow and not very helpful to their customers. The young woman who sits at the front desk is not very knowledgeable about anything. She has to ask the staff that sits in the back for answers. The dental hygienist was nice, but I don't think he was all that experienced at his job. This dental office cares about making money over their patients care. The dental work they wanted me to have done was already done two years ago. I've never been cancelled by a dental office 3 times in a month for lack of a dental hygienist? Also, the person greeting customers and answering phones knows nothing or completely disregards HIPPA as she loudly informed the waiting room full of people listening that I have gingivitis! How embarrassing! Yes, I complained but nothing was done. The dentist who worked on my teeth did a great job though the price was $$$ and completely out of pocket. Never got to see the dentist. per the front desk staff the "new dentist" is not competent enough to draft a new treatment plan if you've transferred from another location. Def not going to either location now. Only wanted to transfer because its closer to my new home. Terrible front desk staff.

Front desk have people skills once pass Front desk down hill.I have more dental issues since going to aspen dental, 1st I want to say I was satisfied with my new dentures. I had a root canal gone bad.within weeks crown cracked. Don't know what they did my mouth has been aching ever since...mind you I still have to pay off 3000. Dollars for this mess.also anyone considering aspen the service fees constantly change, like going to desperate used car sales men .yessss beware. I am now going to another dentist. Take your money, teeth and your insurance and go elsewhere. This practice gives "chop shop" vibes. The office staff is very indifferent and unbothered. I took off 1/2 day from my job and drove 1 hour to the office only to get there and be told "We tried to contact you because the Dr.had to leave early today". I checked my phone for a voice message..... NOTHING and had to dig for an email in my junk mail. Yet you can send a text to confirm the visit but no text to see if I can reschedule. Scheduled 3 appointments at 3 different locations and each one was canceled. I scheduled online and when I call to ask why it was schedule, the office staff would say "our office close at 12, I am not sure how it allowed you to book for a later time." Instead of calling and informing me, they would just cancel and still not reach out. So unprofessional. At this point I would not trust any site with my dental care.

Today was my first experience with Aspen dental. I have no dental insurance and will be paying cash. I was able to get an appt quickly. The staff was very friendly. Didnt wait long for my appt. The dentist was very knowledgeable, friendly, and took his time with me. I was well pleased with my visit until it came time to check out. The dentist recommended a deep cleaning in addition to an implant (previous bone implantation for an implant) and a root canal (have had a dead tooth for over 30 yrs that doesnt bother me or ... read more
