Today was my first experience with Aspen dental. I have no dental insurance and will be paying cash. I was able to get an appt quickly. The staff was very friendly. Didnt wait long for my appt. The dentist was very knowledgeable, friendly, and took his time with me. I was well pleased with my visit until it came time to check out. I would rather have my teeth rot out than go to any Aspen Dental ever again. It was a pleasant experience the first time - aside from the x-rays. Everyone was super friendly. But beware, they'll try to sell you things you don't need. They will ruin your teeth for money. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Edit: and the response below shows just how much they don't care. I'm literally saying how much this office sucked, I do NOT want to go back. Thanks!!

Very rude front desk staff, I was there months ago and was told they couldn't access my insurance, I called my insurance and they verified everything, I got appointment and kept calling them severally to confirm that they will accept my insurance and was told I do not have problem with that, I gave my details and my wife details which I'm under her insurance on getting to the office immediately I hand over my card to the girl she told me didn't I tell you we can't take your insurance? Went there to have tooth pulled. Only gave me consult. I felt like I was at car dealer. They kept trying to get me to get dentures, their insurance, bridge. I only wanted tooth pulled

I had two teeth left that needed to come out and get new dentures. Well I thought it would be a wonderful experience at first because everyone was so nice, the office was clean and updated. But I was quickly remedied of that thought. After they took my remaining teeth they scheduled me for an appointment to get the denture process started. They scanned my mouth and told me if that worked out I wouldn't need to come back for a wax bite but set that appointment up just in case. I would not go here. I recently switched jobs and had dental insurance that only Aspen Dental would take and I was in a bind because my back molar was in pain and I knew it was chipped. At first glance, the place seems great. Clean, organized, updated technology. I had an appointment for 10:00am. At 10:45 I was finally seen and they took me for an absurd amount of x-rays.
