We have had a great experience with this office! The office staff are very helpful and friendly. Aspen is the most transparent in cost and has affordable payment options. Would definitely recommend them to anyone of any age.

I had called around to several dentist offices about my teeth because I knew I was gonna need a lot of work. I was seeing how much an x ray and exam would be. When I called Aspen Dental in FWB the lady said since I had never been there before the exam and x ray was free! So I went with it and had a really great experience! Unfortunately because of the severity of my teeth, the exam hurt but I’m so glad I went! The girl doing the x ray explained everything and kept apologizing for the uncomfortableness. The dentist was thorough in explaining what he could do for me and why he does things the way he does them. & the lady up front helping me with the charge/billing part was so nice and helpful. She outlined everything down to the last dollar! I was written a prescription for an antibiotic and Motrin. I’m just waiting to have enough money ready for the next step!
