I just moved to Cleveland, TN. I am retired and wanted to find a Dentist that could help me keep my teeth as good as possible but that I could afford on Social Security income. Before going to Aspen, I went to two other Dentists Office that had been recommended to me.They both were so nice! I thought I had a choice of either of them. When it come to payments, I had to turn away. Most insurance companies they used and their self discount plan were either too expensive or did not cover any major procedures until after being signed up for a year. The monthly premiums for both were way too expensive! From my first visit to Aspen I was treated like a long lost relative! The receptionists with her sweet smile said yes, we take Dental Plans.com out of Plantation, Florida. It is such a good plan it is effective immediately! I was examined by Dr. Paras who made a plan for what work I needed done. He was so nice and informative. Even using new technology taking pictures of my mouth so I could see exactly on a screen what teeth needed attention. Mishal Hygienist was nice and helpful as well. Tricia was so sweet who met me at the door and took me back and took my mouth pictures. She was kind and encouraging, with her gentle touch poking items in my mouth for ex-rays was a snap! After I was examined, I was taken to John the Business Office Manager who explained things completely. I was happy what the insurance would pay and what I needed to pay. I was hoping the clinical services would be that good as well? Today that question was answered. At the beginning, Victoria was so good at getting the paper work and finances confirmed at the front office! Kari then came and took me back to a chair. She made me feel so comfortable and explained what she would do to assist the Doctor. Dr. Nina was so wonderful in getting me numbed for the procedure. Both Kari and Dr. Nina were wonderful. My teeth feel fine and I am looking forward to completing the work that I need to have done. If you need to have quality work with some major issues, but not feel like you have to rob a bank to pay for it, then look no further than Aspen Dental in Cleveland, TN. I recommend them without hesitation!

I was quite impressed with the over all functionality of aspen dental. From the moment i walked in i was greeted so kindly by the receptionists Cheyenne and Natalie, who helped me get signed in and ready to head back. The entire staff of aspen dental cleveland TN make and keep you feeling comfortable and informed. I would recommend them to anyone!
