Dr. Gu was amazing! And the staff was super friendly and welcoming. Much different than the way it was just four years ago when I went. I was very impressed and will definitely be continuing to use them!
AMAZING... My Father Gene Smith went to Aspen Dental in Cleveland today and the staff was very professional and patient. Dad is immobile on one side and in a wheelchair. Jada the hygienist and Crystal the Assistant answered every question and was very gentle. Thanx Aspen Dental.

Superb customer service. Very clean and organized. Excellent dental work!
This was first visit here at Aspen Dental . I had not been to a dentist in a very long time. The staff was very kind and Dr GU was very on CE and explain what she was doing and what kind of dental problem she might find . The wait time was a little long . That at every Dr appointment. When done I saw the office manager . He was nice and help with my billing . I highly recommend this office for any den tal needs .
