First visit for initial xrays and game plan was a breeze. Xray equipment was pretty cool with a 3d rendering of your teeth. The staff and Dr K were great. They gave a complete assessment of everything that is needed but let you pick the procedures you feel are most needed for now. So far, so good.
I was amazed that it really was just like their commercials! Dr. Manju’s wonderful personality was only out done by her knowledge & expertise. Her dental assistant, Lili, coordinated perfectly with the dentist and did an outstanding job. Dr. “K” Kanagarla, who came in to perform the last procedure, was not only quick & efficient; but had such a joyful, kind demeanor as to put me completely at ease. I avoided the dentist for years because of fear and anxiety, but I had one tooth creating pain recently and decided to go. Of course, I needed a lot of work to get things back on course but Dr. K has been more than able to work through my anxiety, this demonstrates talent and compassion. I still have a lot of work to go through and I still experience anxiety (less and less) but he’s always prepared to see me. This was my first visit. I was in pain with jaw swelling so my regular doctor gave me the correct antibiotic until the dental appointment. I am scared of course of dentists and the cost. The x-ray tech, Christie was a gem and I really liked her a lot and Dr. K was very calming and answered all the questions I had at the time. My work is extensive, so I figured I would leave with 3 teeth pulled and worry about what to do at a later date, and I can still do that.
