Just a terrible business. They also lie about the services they say you have to receive, If you're insurance does not cover it they will try to drain your pockets. I called to discuss an issue and three employee's all lied to me. I called my insurance company and they told me that I did not have to get the services recommended and could still receive a regular cleaning.

5 minute review between the dentist and assistant, one hour later a $15,000 list of repairs. Not once were options discussed with me. Treatment required 1/2 down time of scheduling bal at first appointment. I felt like an nothing more than a sales pitch. I would never recommend Aspen Dental
RecommendedStaff was nice, but waited an hour even after showing up 1 hour early to my appointment. Ask lots of questions, fees and what their charging you for. They was trying to make me do a x-ray of my mouth when I only came in to get my tongue check up. A x-ray to check my tongue makes no sense.
I just wanted my teeth cleaned, left without them cleaned, wanted to do more services than I wanted. It was a waste of my time.

I've had 3 teeth in my full upper denture fall out, and now it has began to crack in half. Also this morning when I called in to get an emergency appointment, I was told that I couldn't be seen by a Dentist for 7 days... 7 days for an emergency appointment!
