These people have treated my grandmother (a recent widow of a Vietnam Veteran like garbage) She has repeatedly called them cause her teeth do not fit right, and found no help. They have a money back guarantee, but do not honor it. After numerous attempts to get it right, they refuse to do what is right, and continue to jerk around a senior citizen. Spent a lot of money over the years at Aspen. I went to the location off cedar crest before they moved toctheir new location. Worst experience ever. Had a molar extracted three years ago and they did not wait for the novicaine to kick in. I screamed and cried the whole time. Recently changed dentists. In my xray they found broken tooth fragments left from that painful extraction. I go to the branch on airport rd and as nice as the dentists are their staff that works the front are a bunch of idiots! They confirm my appt about 5 times the week before it’s pretty annoying, I also canceled my one appt and they called me the next day saying I was a no show.
