My experience has been very positive so far. I broke my bottom denture a week ago. I am supposed to pick up new dentures tomorrow.
Had two wasted appointments because dentists were unable to help me. Therefore they were supposed to do some research and return a call to me later that day or next morning. No call..................
Shame on Aspen and Dr. Tom..Partner made a "pain relief" appointment..missed work. They would not do the extraction without a 250 dollar payment. She stated that they could not confirm the insurance because of a computer issue...Nonsense!..Have backup plans or call the insurance company..Turns out they did not have time for an appointment, after all...Customer service is rock bottom in this Country...ROCK BOTTOM!
