I only rated 4 stars due to my observing front desk staff being abrupt with a senior patient, never looking up or making eye contact with persons at check in. Remember, being at the dentist is one of most people's biggest fear. On to the positive: Dr. Taylor was great and informative, Melanie was super cool..I think we would make the besties list in another life, and Hailey was great at putting me at ease during the initial process. Was a outstanding 1st time with them. the techs were very good at there job with a special kudos for Melianine the Dental hygienist who made my cleaning a good experience

I love Aspen dental! Hailey is my favorite she is always nice and always makes sure I'm comfortable and leaving happy!!! 😁😁

Helpful, friendly staff. They addressed my problem and offered the best solution and payment options in my opinion. Only my 2 nd time here but I’m sure I’ll know everyone there as I keep going. Family like atmosphere.

Been using Aspen Dental for over a year now, at first the staff up front was very, very pushy and unpleasant to deal with but the professionals in the back were very nice and addressed my concerns and got me back to where I wanted to be. Had dental insurance and still cost me thousands of dollars up front out of pocket. Now a year later they send me a letter stating that they OWE me a refund. I don't know how much but I'm waiting not so patiently and not knowing the amount I over paid!! Since it has been a year including che... read more

Yes.. Haley and Dr. Taylor.. AWESOME ladies. They make u feel special. They let u know n give u comfort about n with your visit. I've ALWAYS been afraid of dentist. NOW... Cause Haley and Dr.Taylor I'll ONLY come to Aspen Dental. I'm not afraid anymore. I LOVE THE HOSPITALITY..they r AWESOME

I’ve been going to Aspen for 3 years for semi-annual cleaning with great results. Melanie, the hygienist, is caring and knowledgeable. She always puts me at ease. I just had my first appointment with the dentist Dr. Taylor. She was professional and explained each step of the procedure in advance. Anderson office is a great place with great employees.
