Appointment @ 10:45 didn't leave office until 1:45 with nothing accomplished. $240.00 to pull one tooth but didn't that day after 3 hours waiting was supost to call me to set up another time to come in but has never called me back but I wouldn't go back.
I went to Aspen Dental today for a walk-in appointment since I have a toothache that started last night. The website says business hours are 8-5 and walk-ins are welcome. They had a sign on the door that said walk-ins are welcome. What they don't say is they only accept 2 walk-ins per day and you have to be there no later than 7:45am. I got there at 9. Do yourself a favor. Don't go to Aspen Dental.
DO NOT go to this place unless you want to be billed for services that were not performed on you! I’ve had to file a fraud claim ! And contact a lawyer! Over $2000 in charges...
Ive always loved Aspen dental have been going since the doors opened however had to move to Beckley and had received some conflicting information between the two offices...called the Ashland office to speak with the office manager and was told she was busy by the front desk clerk she said she could help me... Unfortunately she was very rude and unprofessional to me...Between her being rude and the Beckley office leaving me in terrible pain I will NEVER be back to a Aspen dental....It's a shame I've spent tons of money at Asp... read more
Beyond terrible. ! No one in the office/administration team know the word compassion or common sense ! All they wanted was my money. Went in for several extractions a couple weeks ago, only to leave completely numbed up for no reason and completely humiliated! Shame on you people ! Dr. Cost had used the excuse he just couldn’t get me numb enough. He numbed me 3 times !!!!!! Went in with a tooth ache. Several other things need to be taken care of. Dentist went over everything with me. Told him needed to take care of things in stages so my insurance can cover as much as possible. He told me I had a cavity that needed to be fixed which is the problem and causing me the pain. I went in for a simple tooth extraction on a broken off molar that I didn't have any pain in just an annoyance. Well guess what folks yup you guessed it they pulled wrong tooth!! And when I called about.. Was told I had declined root canal that is why that particular tooth was pulled.. I said I never declined and work being done I just wanted to think over the cost as it was a shock!!!. Very sad to say so unprofessional!!!?
