I was so scared and everyone was so kind and understanding
Could anyone be any nicer to deal with? No not at Aspen Dental. I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism by all personnel. I will never go to anyone else ever.
Very impressed with my initial visit. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The facility was clean and organized with modern equipment. The only issue that I had that was honestly not a major issue but more of a misunderstanding, was the initial visit is just a consult with xrays and exam. They then evaluate and develop a plan for the second visit.

Friendly staff, quick and painless procedures. Glad for the late hours and occasional weekend openings
Everyone I encountered during my first visit was excellent! Front desk was pleasant and responsive. The gentleman that did my X-rays made my experience as quick as possible which I appreciated (my least favorite part). The Dentist, Hygienist and Office Manager were great as well! Each explained everything fully to me and made me feel comfortable with everything. A big thumbs up to the Auburn Aspen Dental Team!

Ann Cooeman is great! She was my hygienist when I went to Aspen and she made a miserable process easy. She understands her patients and the discomfort of the procedure and try's to make it as comfortable as possible. Her sense of humor and professionalism makes the whole experience easy and kind of fun � If anyone is looking for an awesome hygienist go to Ann!
