Aspen, Auburn, Maine scheduled my appointment immediately for what was approximately a 5 day wait, which pleased me. I found the staff to be pleasant, competent and thoughtful. I was amazed at how quickly they got me into a chair and being examined by Dr. Kailey. She immediately assessed the situation on 2 teeth utilizing x-rays. A recommendation was made for extraction of the most painful tooth, Novocain administered and 30 minutes later, the procedure was complete. I won't hesitate to go back for the second tooth.
I have only been to my first appointment..so this review is based on that. My appointment was at 1:00 and I was taken right in and had all sorts of X-rays done by the dental assistant. Then I was brought in to get evaluated by the dental hygienist. That went well, but then had to wait 40 minutes to see the dentist! And then had to meet with the office manager to go over all the recommendations by the dentist! My visit was only supposed to be an hour and it turned into 2 hours and 15 minutes!
