I went in there 3 years ago or whenever they opened the office in Bartlesville I made an appointment I went in I told them I had screws and plates all along my jaw line I sign papers gave them money and some little dentist girl came out and said they could not help me in my opinion very unprofessional and why even take X-rays make me pick out my teeth and everything and then come in and tell me they can't do it especially when I explain to them to begin with my situation and then they had nowhere to recommend me I would not ... read more

This is one of the most unprofessional dentist offices and doctor I have ever experienced. I started going there in September in order to have new dentures done that were snap in. I was told I had 90 days from the time dentures were completed to pay. This remained the same until it was time to actually give me the dentures then the wanted all the money upfront. I came to Aspen last month with extreme pain from what I believed is a loose filling. They couldn't find it. They did find that I have a molar that needed removed. They said, we'll see you in a moment to schedule an extraction. I waited over an hour, possibly an hour and a half. I told them I was leaving and they said they would call. Three weeks passed. Dentist had terrible bed side manner.....hygienist was wonderful. Had to have an abscessed tooth pulled, felt like he was ripping my jaw bone out on the other side of my mouth. Over a week later and my jaw bone (not area of tooth removal) still hurts. Would never consider letting him me again....rude and rough. Rest of the staff I encountered were extra helpful and nice.

I ended up at Aspen because my prior dentist attempted to pull a tooth unsuccessfully. Leaving that office in excruciating pain, led me to the wonderful people at Aspen. They have VERY friendly staff. I was given a crap ton of X-rays my first visit, at NO cost to me. I was told I required an oral surgeon for my extraction, Aspen disagreed. Even Aspen quoted my extraction at $220, I left only paying $116 as the extraction was considered simple. Do not go here they will screw you over! They say free exam and xray it's a lie! They will force work on you even of you only want a tooth pulled! Do not go here!

They advertised dentures for $399... Very misleading,, I made an appointment,turns out it's 399 for each piece. 399 for the top plate 399 for the bottom plate..And $800 that's their cheapest set Not the Ad price of 399..

Had an appointment at 11 waited till 1140. Was told the x-rays an exam were free an they weren't. After being seen for 5 minutes I was charged 65 dollars an told to come back in 4 hours to have the work done. Was told to extract the tooth it would be 105 plus tax after the exam they told me it would be 285 plus tax. Well I left still in pain an had to drive the 6p miles for nothing. They left a hole in back of a tooth, made me buy a partial that does not fit, put a bridge over an absessed tooth. Charging me extremely high price.
