I am one of those nervous patients and Dr. Gersch made me feel at ease and comfortable from the first minute! He listened to me babbling away and even though he was busy (the other dentist was not in) he took the time to answer all my questions and explained my options and situation. I could not be happier! My experience was great. I went in with a great deal of pain and very afraid of visits to the dentist. The people that took care of me were very nice careing and professional. They found the problem and explained my options . We decided on a course of action and completed my visit, I left with no pain and very happy. I plan to return to Aspen Dental and complete the rest of my dental work very soon.
I first went to Aspen because my insurance accepted them as a provider but wasn't sure what to expect. So I was pleasantly surprised to find that they are so friendly and professional and the office is so well organized. They put you at ease immediately and get everything done without any stress.
