Heather Moran, registered Dental Hygienist at Bemidji office is so outstanding! She put me at ease, knew exactly what I’d be feeling every step of the way during scaling and deep root cleaning. 3 days in a row ( well the first day was the exam) she even explained that well. What the numbers Meant (1-6) I will go back there if Heather Is there. Though the office staff and the woman who did the e rays were nice Im a NP but I learned so much from her. Thank you Heather! I am very impressed with everyone there! They are all very personable and caring. Gave me different options for treatments that were my decision, didn’t pressure me into any decision.

Was very satisfied with the service, and Dr. Joseph Shama. I had periodontal surgery and am getting a couple of crowns. Very happy with the great customer service provided there. Everybody is awesome. Highly recommend the place!
