Signed and requested my medical records 7 MONTHS AGO NIKKI BLOOM completely stopped responding to me in December when I question 3 forged signatures and a visa payment of $495 I never made (I’m with dental first I’ve never paid with a visa) I have called,emailed and left over a dozen messages for this woman and still absolutely nothing.
