I had a very good experience at Aspen Dental , right from the time I walked in the door. They took all the time I needed, I did not feel rushed or not listened too!! The team was friendly, fun and made for a relaxed atmosphere. Thank You all again for exceptional service!!!! Sincerely, Deanna Maniatty ....

Needed a new dentist as my old dentist did not follow up on seriounesness of extreme discomfort in my jaw and tooth. Went to the Portland office which was closing and they got us in to the Bidderford office which stayed open later. Wait time was a half hour. Visit took 50 minutes. Cost was very reasonable. And we walked away with an answer and appointment for the next week for new patient exam.

First, in my opinion too many xrays were taken for a first time visit. Second, they want to do root planing/deep scaling before fixing my broken tooth And finally they won't even provide teeth cleaning until the root planing/ deep scaling is complete. Not to mention, that the hygentist is the one that does the root planing/deep scaling. Not my choice for dentistry.

Dental/medical staff are great. Receptionist needs to tone down the megaphone loud phone discussions revealing patients personal information. Administration organization is less than attentive. They lost my insurance info...again...even though I had phoned it in a fewsdays earlier.

All the employees were very kind and helpful.My first concern was lack of explanation regarding your first appointment. I expected a check up and a cleaning, not an expensive set of X-rays that will not be covered by my insurance. My other concern is the lack of available appointments with the hygienist. I was told I needed services right away, and have to wait 2 months to be seen, and if I can't adjust my work schedule (which I have no controls over), I won't be able to keep those appointments, and have to wait even longer ... read more

If I could give zero stars I would, the ASPEN DENTAL in ROCHESTER NH - every time I visit they essentially tell me that my insurance doesn't pay for anything - so they charge me. I have twice now received statements from my insurance saying they were billed and what they paid, at my last appointment I brought this up to the person in charge of billing and she said "oh we just automatically bill them but they don't actually pay anything" (I was stupid and forgot to bring letter from my insurance). So they are being paid twice... read more

I have been impressed by the professionalism and direct approach . Last week while waiting to be seen I got to witness team work and emergency medical techniques. A patient passed out, falling created a head bleed. Rapid response ..sterile gloves, napkins, oxygen, defibrillator, dentists and medical assistants on the floor providing care until Biddefords ambulance arrived. Team work at its finest.

I didn't have an appointment, just walked in, 10 minutes after i filled all the paperworks they called me in. They did the work, did a good job.
