Terrible. Definitely the place to go to if you like to spend a lot of money and then have to go to a real dentist to fix their mistakes two years later.. so disappointed. Went there for a tooth extraction because of an emergency infection. Insisted on a bridge so I complied since I was told that’s the best thing to do. Two years later (right after the warranty expired) the bridge completely cracked and fell off.. Keep scheduled appointments, instead of making patients wait over 2 hours! Explain changes that are going to occur, & how it will feel, & explain changes to eating, & speech !
They could not take advantage of elderly people, not "guarantee" satisfaction without disclosing the terms of their "guarantee" - and not commit fraud. The owner does not have the decency to return phone calls, after 3 mos. and numerous visits, my mother still does NOT have what she paid for --- and the owner refuses to call back. I would NOT recommend this cut-rate business to anyone! Consumer fraud seems to be thei specialty!
Do NOT go here if you need anything other than a filling ! I had to have 2 root canals done and because the dentist had ONLY the minimum license requirements to practice dental medicine by the state she was NOT able to perform any procedures ! After waiting a week for this appointment and having her poke around for 3 HOURS, it is absolutely discouraging that a practice would do this and quite frankly embarrassing .
The treatment/care i received was very good. The office protocols leave something to be desired. I have had two appointments, 1 week apart, both for the first "slot" of the day. Both times i was not taken to the treatment room for at least 20 minutes. I choose the first appointment because i can't spend much time sitting due to spinal issues and i know that schedules become more backed up as the day progresses. The 1st visit on Tuesday I spent an hour and forty five minutes in the office. My appointment was for 8 AM. They took me back at 8:30 AM. Xrays first. Then put in a room. Hygienist came in and evaluated everything. Waited for the doctor and them sat 30-40 minutes waiting to discuss treatment and billing. No cleaning or tooth pulled. 2nd visit the regional manager scheduled for me. Because of work I was 15 minutes late. They told me I would have to wait two hours to be seen. Never going back .
I will never go back to Aspen Dental again. I went in for a painful tooth. They took multiple x-rays, which they never went over with me only to question what my plan was for my broken tooth. Spent time examining my gums and telling me all about the expensive treatment plan I needed ( a speech the hygienist clearly had memorized) - never once rinsing out my mouth after examine. The dentist was a different dentist that I saw for my consultation. She did not introduce herself. She disagreed with her colleagues treatment plan. She used the wrong type of Xray to find the root for a root canal and aw a result wa unable to do it and forced me into losing the tooth. I'm furious. She did offer me a bridge, but that destroys the two teeth next to the disaster she created as well and at that point I no longer trusted her to drill anymore teeth in my mouth.
