I don’t know who in their right mind would pay $15,000 for just partials. So ridiculously overpriced.

Had all but 12 teeth extracted on Monday following 2 botched impressions. Everyone is nice enough and helpful however not a lot of answers. This is Thursday and I took out my "partials" both up and down since they are very uncomfortable and seem to "leak" food. Have been eating soft foods and find that when finished I had enough food lodged between the partials and mouth that I had to take them out. Over priced, and trouble getting appointments, they told me two appointments that turned into four appointments, and keep getting rescheduled, I wouldn't go back but they took all my money... I am very sad and confused...

The most awful and unprofessional experience ever. Scheduled and paid for wisdom teeth removal a few weeks in advance. Then called a few days later to make sure they have my updated insurance only to find out that the surgeon has some concerns about my case that he would like to discuss. The appointment went very well..when it came down to the financial conversation she was running late and we agreed to a phone call the following Monday...it is now Wednesday and have not heard a word..so I will go someplace else for full implants

Don't try to make people come back over and over. I just wanted a cleaning and got nothing but X-rays and someone telling me what I needed to have done. Sending in a financial expert to explain the costs! i just wanted a cleaning!! dont waste your time here!
