Everyone that works here are super nice and very caring. They were able to work me in quickly and put a plan together for getting my dental needs taken care of. I didn’t have any anxiety and I always do when I go to the dentist due to one bad experience at another dentist. I highly recommend.
Staff was friendly and courteous and listened to my description of what I needed. Also they asked about my Medicare supplemental insurance and helped in pursuing that avenue to help in reducing the cost of the procedures. As all folks with conventional Medicare coverage can attest we do NOT have dental or vision coverage, but with some supplemental coverages such as AARP UHC they DO offer a discount program that Aspen Dental accepts that help you out quite a bit. how professional and thorough they were. they didn't rush me in like cattle they listen to me explain the issues I was having they addressed each and every one of them worked out a payment plan on a Care Credit and even made suggestions that upgraded my choices explaining how it would benefit me in the long run and save me a lot more money also getting me discounts that made it more affordable.
