HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE! Everyone from the office staff up to the dentist is so pleasant to work with. They have taken great care of me since we started treatment. You will love it here ❤️

They absolutely botched my tooth extraction, left 4 fillings extremely rigid and uneven to the point where when flossing, I actually had to force the floss through because it was basically fused to all the other teeth. I have EXTREME dental anxiety, they told me they would prescribe me a valium so that I could be a little more relaxed, we had TALKED about this 2-3 times before the scheduled extraction, just to come in the day of and be told that I wouldn't be getting the valium because I should've gotten this filled on my ow... read more

I feel like I was fraudulently told that my gum health was much worse than it is. I was told I needed a $1500 out of pocket, half covered by insurance cleaning that was unnecessary. I went to a more trust worthy non-profit dental office the next day and was told I simply needed a regular cleaning, I wasn’t severe enough to even qualify for a deep clean. I was told by Aspen I have periodontal disease, I would need to get the $80 gingivitis cleaning from here on out every 6 months. I was very much pressured to do this very exp... read more

My mom came in to this location Nov. 13th for tooth pain. She was taken back and a dentist followed her into the room. Nurse came in and took X-rays and was extremely professional. After X-rays the doctor came back in the room and had her open her mouth. He looked and said this is what we’re gonna do. And then he started talking about pulling all her top teeth and doing dentures. She let him go through his spiel. Then he said “are any of your teeth giving you any trouble”. She said “yes, that’s why I am here cause I am in e... read more

BEWARE The hygienist was lovely. The one who took the x-rays was also lovely. The dentist however was so ready to go home that he rushed thru everything. I came in to have 2 broken painful teeth taken care of. Instead he rushed thru his exam and spent about 30 seconds explaining all the cosmetic dentistry that he wanted done all while completely ignoring the reason I was there. He rushed me off to the "financial dept" to get started on a payment plan. I asked for a print out of his findings and breakdown of work. That was m... read more

I was told Charge would be $165 ea. for simple extractions and I needed 3 teeth pulled. and with no insurance that was what I expected to pay. The girl said with no insurance they had a coupon card I could use the would cover the cost of xrays, exam and office visit cost. The assistant girl didnt numb the gum sufficiently beforehand so when dentist proceeded with shots I came up out of the chair..TWICE. It was terribly painful. She did wait for numbing shots to take effect and pulled all 3 teeth. When I got to desk the charg... read more

If I could give them a negative rating I would. My son went in Thursday with pain on his right side of his mouth. They said he had two infected teeth, they pulled both, now mind you no previous antibiotics before hand and sent him home with out a prescription for antibiotics. Told him to take Tylenol. Now his I’m the ER with a major abscess, can’t open his mouth, swelling into his eye. They need to be shut down. I will be contacting an attorney. Lisa Winger

Office staff (manager), rude and unprofessional. Was told after waiting for 4 days for her to call me later that day, that she was busy and would call me back. Never did, when finally reaching her, she told me they didn’t except my insurance. Could have told me that the same day.
