This place is crazy I had a friend descend me there telling me there was good to do Finance plan and you can pay it in payments so I said good and they cheap blah blah blah I went there did my x-ray did the XM in my mouth and they come back with a plan for my mouth that it cost me $55,000 thousand and I didn't qualify for the finance that's what they said so I had to get for starting my mouth 20 thousand of dollars I guess they was going to put some diamonds on my mouth or something crazy America is getting worse
Friendly staff and clean office but for some reason I was never assigned to one specific dentist ...whenever I go to this office for an appointment I either see one dentist or another (Usually bounced between the same two) which is a problem as far as continuity of care is concerned.
No matter what procedure was done i experienced extreme pain. i warn everybody STAY AWAY!!!
The last two visits I've had I was put in the room and literally sat there waiting for over an hour. And these were just 6 month check ups no work being done. This past week I had to go get the staff because they literally forgot about me. The staff is friendly but I'm not sure why this taking so long.
I have to give them one star because I can not put negative numbers in this app. I have been a patient since this office opened with my family. I have had nothing but issues with this office, I have had nothing but problems with the staff. Besides the dentist Fred, office staff Bre and Michelle the entire office is garbage. Tried to resolve issues and they jump all over it when it means they are losing money, but otherwise you are just a dollar sign. DON"T GO HERE!!! There is very little left that could make our experience with Aspen Dental Brandon, FL worse. The first visit was for an exam and a cleaning. For some reason this appointment lasted over 3 hours, the majority of which was us just waiting. At the end they told us what my wife needed done, scheduled an appointment, and had us pay for the whole thing up front (which I thought was odd, but whatever). my check up (for job) appointment was at 3pm, arrived at 2:30, was seated at 3:15pm, dentist arrived to the chair at 4 pm! to do a 5 minute visual, and apologize for the long delay.
Took my husband there and the staff was very friendly and took care of him in a very timely manor. Will be going back for that good service shortly. Keep up the good work.!
