Came as a NP two days ago Got my cleaning done by Areej.. she was gentle ^_^. I’ve been there yesterday and today to get many work done on my teeth. Yesterday I was seen by Dr. Hong and Dr. Reham. Came here 2 weeks ago because I was looking for a new dentist, Loved the attention to all details and how rhythmic everything was. The front desk/ assistants were very friendly. I can’t remember the hygienist’s name I think it’s Ajeera but she was extremely through. I’ve never had anyone explain to me what my gums needed in words I actually understood, she used my X-rays to show me what was happening and it was eye opening and she was super sweet too. I totally recommend Aspen Dental.. I chose the right place for my dental needs for sure. They have such a friendly staff.. Natalie in the front is so sweet, Sabrina is so personable and nice, really the whole staff is great. I go back tomorrow for my root canal and I’m no where near nervous for it. They are great.

My experience has been wonderful from making an appointment to retrieving my history from out of state to assessing my current needs. Dr. Hoon, her DA Chelsea and McGhee the lab tech have been been very patient and understanding my particular issues with replacing & updating my denture & partial and have done an amazing job in fitting and the related dental work. I have had a hard time going to the dentist my whole life. Childhood trauma and Adolescent trauma. ALL of the staff at Aspen Dental Brandon Causeway are understanding and give constant reassurance. They are also gentle and caring. No pain during a mouth x-ray exam, No pain during the Hygiene exam. When They were getting me ready for the needles, the dental assistant made sure once again I would feel no pain from the needles. She numbed my gums to where I only felt pressure. I have actually enjoyed my experience with Aspen.. The whole staff has been attentive to my needs. Right down to playing my favorite tunes every time I am there to help relax your nerves. Who else does that? My new teeth have never looked better. Thanks to Dr. Dickerson and the Staff.
