This was my first visit to Aspen Dental. I was greeted by Andi who was warm, welcoming and handled all my paper work, The rest of the staff was also friendly and answered all my question. Doc was gentle and clearly explained any concerns he had. I’ve made my appointment for my cleaning and a filling (yikes!), but I didn’t feel pressured to do more than I could afford at one time. I’m glad I gave them a shot.
All the people at Aspen treated me with kindness and respect!They fit me in 2 days after I called and helped me find a way to get my new smile! Thanks!
I am actually in the lobby for my 3rd appointment in two weeks and each and every time I come here I am more and more impressed. From the moment I have walked in the door I feel like the women here, and the doctor, have made me feel like they truly care about me and not just my teeth. Mandy, the assistant seriously makes my ENTIRE day everytime we interact. She is funny, down to earth & truly a beautiful person! Greeted with a smile. Taken back by Megan, she was polite and fun. Dr. Richard asked me to call him Rich. He explained everything and was so kind. He explained every procedure and EVERYTHING, down to each move he made. I didn't get confused or worried. In between waiting I got to watch Beat Bobby Flat. I had no questions when I left because I sat down with a consultant who was fun and happy and explained what should be done. She was great. I was so incredibly pleased. Great job guys!

I chose to have my tooth filled a cpl of weeks ago. This morning I had that tooth extracted. I will not deny that I was nervous. The team was very friendly, Megan was very caring and Dr. Alvarez did a great job of explaining the procedure to me both times. I have had a very positive experience with the Branson Office.
Excellent experience... the staff was so kind.... also I am from Italy and they were very hospitable with me... They figured out my problem and helped figure out treatment options!! I would recommend to anyone!!
