Ppl are very nice and it was a fast in and out. Easy. I do have to say the price was nuts. I know dental work is expensive, but $250 for an X-ray and a filling that took under 10 mins to fill is pretty rough. I will go again, but not looking forward to it. I mean, really.....who WANTS to go to the dentist?!?!
I went to Aspen Dental recently for a bridge, which was fine and it is fine. But, it seems like every time I go there, or my husband goes there, there is some added fees in addition to what our insurance has paid. It seems like there are a lot of additions which aren't expected. Then, yesterday I went there with an issue. The Dentist looked at my issue for less than 5 minutes, they took an xray, told me I had to have a new crown and how much is would cost . I made an appointment for my boyfriend who is in severe pain because of one of his back teeth, thinking that the initial visit was free, unfortunately he does not have dental insurance, he has Medicaid. Do Not Go there they will screw you Over I went there for a Xray and free evaluation and they said I need to have 5 teeth removed I went to another place in Massachusetts where I grew up for second opinion they said I only need one removed and only cost me 260.00 they would have charged me more than 7000 dollars screw that its a shame that they would Rip me off it shows that they are Desperate for Money Do not Go there
Everything was all good.....had some wisdom teeth removed and that was fine. Now when it comes to $$.....that's my problem. I went in Feb of last year. They make sure you've paid or at least financed for work done plus whatever your insurance covers. We figured everything out and I paid my part CASH out of pocket. 9 MONTHS later they say my dental insurance didn't cover some of the work and I owe them $500+! Aspen dental is a total scam. I've warned all my friends and relatives to stay away. No one gets a $78 cleaning. They pull you in offering you free Xrays and exam and then tell you that you need a $1,400 scraping and cleaning. Kind of interesting that both my husband and I got the exact same diagnosis!
My first visit was exceptional! It has been down hill from there! I have finished my treatments and am currently trying to cancel my check up for tomorrow! I have been on hold now for 25 minutes! This is exactly what I experienced on all my visits (except the 1st ). 2-3 hour appts. For 20-30 min. Of work! Would not recommend if your time is valuable :(
