Called for a price and got a $400 price range. Got there and sat down to a written estimate that was $35 higher than the price range. Signed the deal- got the work done ( with an additional visit due to an error in making my crown) Paid in full before leaving then received another bill for an additional $588. When I called, the explanation was , " that was only an estimate" Will never do business with them again.
I came here 2017 and got a tooth pulled worst experience of my life ... I booked the appt with sedation ..... that didn’t happen they lied. This place sucks.i was in pain , needed filling and cleaning but I was told they couldn't do anything without deep clean.my insurance don't cover deep cleaning just regular.im freaking poor don't have money to pay for that shit.walked out of there in pain.
Very bad experience with aspen doctor is unprofessional pulled a piece of tooth they left in a year ago she was very rough and rude she didn’t even put in a piece of gauze and it bled for over two hours the plate they made a year ago has holes in it and she said she can fix it but it will not fit they should make me a new one please do not go to aspen dental you will be sorry
If I could give no stars I would. Makes you pay hundreds up front and then no work done in the same day. When you ask for your money back because they cancelled the first scheduled appointed and rescheduled you without asking and they tell you the moneys already in the safe. The reviews online are all the same, this place is shit and is constantly coming up with things you need to pay for. Patient beware!!!! I went in for a routine cleaning for wich my insurance covered. I was refused that service and told i needed to pay 1100.00 dollars was my out of pocket for a deep cleaning which my insurance cover 80% off. So this deep cleaning was proposed at around 6000.00 bucks.. come on smh!!
I was originally told by a representative from my insurance company after communicating with a employee/representative at Aspen Dental that the extraction of the tooth I needed done (which I was in great pain from) could be done in there office with no problem and the cost was minimal. The money was an issue for me otherwise I would have gone to the oral surgeon that my regular dentist referred me to but they were going to charge me a few hundred dollars. I had a emergency situation with my denture and was going out of town the following day. The Aspen location I normally go to - Dedham was overbooked. It was suggested to call Brockton which would probably have openings. They were and I was there within 1/2. The customer service needs improvement! I was told to put my denture in a tray and I guess then they brought it back to the technician that fixed it.
