Every staff member was patient, caring and listened to what I had to say about a procedure that needs to be done. They explained what they would do and said it in language I understood. They all made me feel comfortable and all of the staff has a good sense of humor. I was not unhappy about my first visit which was X-rays. The same day they took my imprint for my upper denture and scheduled my appointment the same day for the same week. I’ve never had a dentist that wasn’t booked months in advance.
