I was having an emergency and needed to get in to see a dentist. My Cabot dentist was out of town and was told by his staff to contact Aspen dental and they would get me in. When I spoke to scheduling staff on the phone I was told to show up and they would work me in. When I arrived the women behind the desk were rude, told me that I could sit there all afternoon but would probably not be seen. They don't honor their discounts told me that I could get 25% off then when I went when I went there they wouldn't accept my coupon But they sent me

from the start billing was a complete mess. i got the excuse "im sorry shes new" several.times paid for.4 root canals up front which the dentist said i needed then changed his mind. they wouldnt refund me and instead used my overpayment on my permanents. i then was told i have a $700 dollar credit for "future dental work" on my account. i just left the hospital with a major abscess in a tooth he put a crown on and didnt do a root canal which i paid for up front and was told oh nevermind you dont need one. now my tooth is bad... read more

well I went there and they sent me away with antibiotics and I ended up in the hospital in less than 24 hours I had cellulitis of the face because of my teeth I got admitted into the hospital the next day. now I have to go to a dentist and get the infection drained so my recommendation is don't send people away when they come in with their whole face swelling up into their eye

I went to get a wisdom tooth removed 6 days ago! I called ahead of time and they told me they did indeed do extractions in wisdom teeth. So I made appt needless to say I’m in more pain now then I was before having said wisdom tooth removed! Dr. Wiliford sent me home without antibiotics or pain meds and knew it was abscess before he even started the procedure! I went to Aspen Dental last year in July. All of my teeth were pulled so I could get dentures because my autoimmune disease destroyed my real teeth. Here it is a year later and I still haven’t gotten my permanent dentures. The “temporary” teeth they made for me choke me, so I’ve been without teeth for a whole year. 6 minutes agoNEW Most expensive dentist in Arkansas. I went in to get a flipper that they make in their office, and they charged me $800. I called around and found dentist charge anywhere from $250 to $375 for a flipper that they have an independent company make. They also quotes me $4200. For a bridge For my front tooth, after calling around and seeing another local dentist I found out that I can see an oral surgeon and get an implant for $200 less than Aspen dental was going to charge me for a bridge.
