I spoke with Angelica when I called for my appointment and she was so pleasant to talk to! I called solely for an Endodontist but I was told I would still need an exam. The exam was thorough and afterwards Dr. IJ came in and talked to me, ensured me Dr. Ryan was an excellent doctor and I told him so was he! I have a dentist I go to and wouldn’t dream of leaving but if I ever go anywhere it will be back there! I’m looking forward to seeing how Dr. Ryan fixes me up! I came here last week for an emergency dental appointment, because I needed my tooth to be extracted. Many years ago I had a root canal on the tooth, but the crown came off shortly after — however it only just started causing issues for me last week. The reason for my low rating is because the whole appointment felt like one long sales pitch. My visit on 3/21 was terrible! I got to my appointment 10mins earlier. I asked once I was lead back to the room how long the process would be. I was told 45mins. I didn't walk out of the office until 1200pm. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a dentist office. The hygienist, Skylar, tried her best to make me feel comfortable. I got very emotional & the Dr acted like he didn't have a care in the world about my feelings. He made me feel uneasy about what he was doing. Front Desk greeted me as I came in the door very friendly. Hygienist was nice and friendly. Doctor took the time to show me and explain everything that the x-rays showed. Last station setting up payment plan she was every knowledgeable and worked with me on different options very nice and friendly

I recently had a disappointing experience with Aspen Dental that left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a patient. In an effort to be considerate of potentially needing to reschedule, I initially canceled my appointment—but within 10 minutes, I realized I could actually make it and called back to reinstate it. Unfortunately, instead of simply accommodating this small change, the situation was made unnecessarily difficult.
