Every member of staff I talked to was very coherent and understanding of my situation. Their procedures were painless and that’s honestly the part that I loved the most. They have pretty good payment plans for those who need it and it really felt like I could be confident in my smile again!

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental. The DDS. was very patient and knowledgeable and gave me answers to all of my concerns. The staff was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental to others.

When I moved to Charlotte I was glad to see there was an Aspen Dental in my new neighborhood. I went in and was excited to see that they actually had all of my records from when I lived in OR and would not need to have them transferred, including a credit I still had! When I had my tooth prepped for a crown, pulling off the temp for the permanent to be put on, I had a lot of pain in the tooth. The team was thorough and took X-rays to make sure it looked ok. Best place ever. I’ve had a toothache for the past 4 days that kept me from sleeping. With one visit I was able to not only get an exam, but upon further conversation and research to see the source of my pain, I was able to get my wisdom teeth removed the very same day. Mind you this is my first time ever visiting this office. Everyone is really nice as well.

Today was my first visit to Aspen Dental. The service was awesome!!!. Yes, indeed from the receptionist, to the doctor and staff. Especially kudos goes out to Ashley, Alexia. !!! I really appreciate all their transparency on keeping me inform of the dental process
