I'm not a big fan of dentists. The staff did a really good job of winning me over. I think Dr. Han may just be a Rock Star, but I'm certain that Office Manager Sam is one! We'll see if I still feel that way after my procedure next week. (fingers crossed)

I loved the people. What I didn't like was the device for taking x-rays was too large for my mouth. It was the smallest available but it was painful. It caused me to gag alot, which is not normal for me. I need a child size which wasn't available.

Aspen Dental was truly helpful in handling my dental emergency. I was passing through and was in extreme pain. Not only did they fit me into their schedule but were friendly and compassionate. Stacy, my dental assistant was especially helpful. She fully explained what they were going to do, what to expect after, and gave me what I needed for the trip home.
