I have never in my life been charged over 1175.00 for a teeth cleaning initially. They quoted me certain amount and then ended up charging me an addition $325.00 . Never in my entire life have I paid almost 1500.00 for a deep clean teeth cleaning. I am a single mom and had to finance this and now i have to find a different place to bring my daughter. I will def not be bringing her here as a new patient. I can’t even afford their teeth cleaning let alone a filling for my daughter.

My son went in to have his wisdom teeth pulled and they did everything they could to get him the full super expensive dental experience. Shame on them trying to take advantage of a young adult. I don’t recommend any parent to let there kid go there with out supervision.

Beyond HORRIBLE. When to Aspen to get a Crown re -done due to the fist time it was put on cricked...which led to a BAD bad cavity, that then had to have a root canal done. Anyway So the dentist at Aspen took over kill x-rays like 20+ due to there Machine not working right?!! so I get this NEW CROWN put on and come to find out a WEEK later April 9 2018 it was done wrong and CRICKED>>>Are you kidding me? My experience was unique in that through no fault of theirs per se, they were unable to get my tooth numb. I warned them that I have had difficulty in the past on that side. Multiple vials of lidocaine and I was still able to feel the drilling and was extremely uncomfortable throughout the entire procedure. Dr Han was very nice and perplexed. But ultimately unable to entirely fix the problem and I am still in pain and needing to go back and I think I will find my old dentist who knows how to get me numb. Secondly, I find it ... read more

I think they did a great job but as for their financial part it sucks! I understand it cost a lot to do thing but unless you qualify for there credit financing or have that big chunk of money up front you are SOL. So in other words their posters advertisements are not 100 % true. They can't do anything to get you that smile you want, unless you have the funds.

I thaught they were great until they said two days ago that all was going to be done by today at 1:00 and oops now its not till tuesday. They are not good with their word and to me thats important. Considering i paid everything up front. Just dont trust them with their word.

I responded to an ad for "Free" exam and xray for those not having dental insurance. I fully expected to proceed with cleaning which I had not done for 2-3 years. Results were that I needed $2937 additional treatment including multiple antibiotic (injections?) crown replacement, electric toothbrush, rinse and something called Perio SRP.
