The staff here is so welcoming and friendly. They completely understood my circumstances with Aspen in Florida and took the issues on here instead of making me complete my treatments there. Yes I drive 9 hours to get my dentures here and it's well worth every mile!! Thank you Aspen.
Tayler did a great job with my cleaning...she was calming and efficient. I ended up needing a cavity filled and was able to have that done right after the cleaning. The problem is that I have a major needle phobia and I had to have a shot for the filling. Candice was soooo patient and kind to me while I was panicking and ugly crying. Seriously, I'd rather take her with me to go get my shots now than my husband...she was way more empathetic!! Thanks Tayler and Candice!
Everyone has been very patient, professional and kind to me. Taylor, the hygienist, is very kind and gentle and takes a lot of pride in her work.
I had a visit for my cleaning with Tayler. She was very conversational and friendly. She made me feel very comfortable. I'm also coming back for tooth whitening in a few weeks and she was very informative as to how I could prepare for the procedure. Way to go Tayler !�

This is what you would hope a dental visit would be like. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and glad to answer any questions. Did not have to wait long to be seen. All the staff and the dentist seemed sincerely committed to fulfilling the basic rule of customer service - "Treat the patient the same way you would want to be treated if you were the patient" - Thanks to ALL the staff and the dentist !
Lower partial broke. They fixed it immediately and dentist checked the fit and made a minor adjustment. NO CHARGE. Good value.
